After we receive the returned item, please allow 5-7 business days to process your refund. Refunds will only be credited back to the original payment used for purchase. Please allow a complete billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Zendure will replace (at Zendure's expense) any Zendure product that fails to operate during the applicable warranty period due to defect in workmanship or material, and if it was unrepairable. The Zendure Care Team will make a final determination regarding warranty service with RMA report.

Delivery the item with clearly RMA number on shipping label to Zendure specified address for processing.
Many of Zendure products include a warranty that protects your purchase of Zendure products in the event of a defect. This may include refunding your purchase or replacement of your product with a similar /equivalent or comparable item. Warranty Period
The warranty period is upto 3 years starts on the date of the item is purchased..Zendure also provides other special warranty period, please review your product's documentation for information about the duration of warranty protection.
*Need To Register As A Zendure App User To Extend Your Warranty.To verify your purchase and to better serve you, we may require information about your order (The sales receipt including date of purchase, order ID/number, and the name of the retailer) ,warranty card, and when applicable, your product's serial number.
Exclusions
(1) The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, theft, or confiscation of your Zendure products.
(2) The warranty will be invalidated if the product has not been used in accordance with the product documentation, or attempted repair by anyone other than an authorized facility.
(3) Warranty service may not be carried out if above information is not available.
(4) This limited warranty does not apply to any battery cell or product containing a battery cell unless the battery cell has been fully charged by you within seven (7) days after your purchase of the product and at least once every 6 months there after thereafter.
(5) Your warranty is non-transferable.

Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email (please allow a few hours for this to come through in some cases). This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.
If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. Photos and videos must be sent for freight damage within 24 hours of arrival or the freight damage claim will not be valid.
